Skills and Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a technical sales role.
  • Engineering or technical background with considerable experience of working in the battery energy storage and solar PV sectors.
  • Experience of managing high-value sales projects
  • Strong understanding of customer market dynamics – particularly local incentives and drivers for distributed energy solutions
  • Preferred education & Training level – Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
    Having a T3 level EPRA license and experience in Hybrid, Grid Tie and Off-grid solar systems will give you an added advantage.

 

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales revenue and margin growth of products- product promotion, drive focus products, product wise market assessment, product gap analysis, competition analysis.
  • Developing a go to market strategy & distribution for market reach.
  • Establishing sales objectives – By forecasting and developing annual sales plan for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
  • Initiate meetings with new potential customers and respond to meeting requests with existing customers.
  • Actively engaging with the key accounts & strategically developing a business & relationship.
  • Coaching sales team on the technical aspects of the organization products; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
  • Developing executive level customer relationships and driving improvement of customer satisfaction level.

Consumables & Accessories Sales Intern

Nature and Scope of the Position

Working within the CRM sales team you will be responsible for building and developing a successful sales pipeline. Your main area of specialty will be Consumables and Accessories Sales

You will be expected to generate leads by participating in a number of sales activities:

  • Calling prospects
  • Networking
  • Attending exhibitions/seminars/meeting
  • Referrals from clients

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide high-level direct client contact with Clients
  2. Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products
  3. Give reports to the manager in charge on a weekly basis
  4. Cultivate relationships at the highest levels of top target market companies
  5. Drive revenue through contacts.
  6. Ensure efficient Customer retention.
  7. Provide excellent customer experience to existing and new clients.
  8. Consult with clients on their needs and design solution to meet client needs with the help of your manager.
  9. Collect debt in allocated accounts.
  10. Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as requested.
  11. To undertake other duties as and when requested

 

QUALIFICATIONS
Academic

  • Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related course
  • Professional qualification will be an added advantage
