TENDER ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for an experienced Tender Administrator to join our team. In this role you will work within the Sales Departments focusing entirely on tendering processes which involves: searching for tenders, the application process, submission of the tender, and following up after submission.

Note: Proven experience in handling the entire tendering process is a MUST.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Actively searching for relevant tenders on various platforms
  • Timely and accurately preparing tender documents, quotations and proposal presentations.
  • Overseeing the tender/RFQ proposal submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
  • Reviewing all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborate with all involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals
  • Managing databases by organizing and tracking bid submissions and responses, updating the databases regularly and setting up customer profiles in appropriate databases and maintain customer information
  • Keeping up to date with the current tendering processes and advising the relevant teams on the same
  • Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, including pinpointing the unique selling points of the organization
  • Responding to clients’ and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted
  • Attending tender briefing meetings

 

Requirements

Academic

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related course

 

Work related skills

  • Understanding of contract terminology, competitive bids and vendor relationship management
  • Computer literate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in tendering or relevant work experience.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales Department. In this role you will work within the sales team and will be responsible for building and developing a successful sales pipeline. Your main area of specialty will be PSG and OSG sales.


Note: Experience in office automation sales both hardware and software is a MUST

Responsibilities

  • Working on and actively setting out to achieve agreed sales targets from assigned clients
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by handling customer queries and/or complaints
    Handling an agreed set of market, clients/accounts as advised, determined and discussed with the Sales Manager
  • Developing, mapping and documenting the designated accounts and ensuring 100% coverage in the assigned accounts and market
  • Identifying prospects and leads generated in the assigned accounts and areas
  • Qualifying the prospects/leads and where necessary liaise with the Sales Manager on the same
  • Identifying optimum solutions in liaison with the pre-sales support team
  • Ensuring maximum penetration and completion of User trainings (webinars/partner net) at the customer location to ensure optimization of the machines features and thereby consumption
  • Preparing proposals and presentations as per the organizational set standards and client requirements
  • Negotiating and finalizing deals as per organizational guidelines
  • Timely preparing and responding to tender RFQ/RFI/EOI, pre qualifications, RFP in liaison with the bid desk
  • Ensuring timely collection in liaison with the credit control team
  • Working closely with Sales lead, Presales, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the project/equipment
  • Assisting the Sales lead in planning the stocks based on past trends and forecast based on customer needs.

 

Requirements

Academic

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Management
  • Qualification in IT will be an added advantage

 

Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in IT solutions
